Professional OT Maria Lindbergh shows advantages of grab bars with a twist

Maria Lindbergh, an occupational therapist and home modification specialist, in this video, which is part of her “Toilet Talk” online educational program, is introducing changes that can be made in the bathroom to help make the home more livable and safer for a lifetime, underlines the importance to install grab bars, especially in the bathroom.

In this video, Maria shows the Two Wall Transition Grab Bar G27JAR14, by Ponte Giulio. As the name describes, this grab bar has a twist allowing it to wrap around a corner with one flange installed on one wall and the other flange in another wall. This twist makes the grab bar more comfortable to use moving both into and out of the shower or bathtub.
